At Zwheel, we are committed not only to delivering high-performance e-scooters but also to providing exceptional after-sales support. Our nationwide network of authorized Service Centers ensures expert maintenance and care are always within reach.

Coverage Overview

This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the structural and mechanical components of Zwheel scooters under normal use for up to 18 months from the delivery date.

Important: Spare parts sold separately are not covered under this warranty, except in cases of damage or failure during transit. Any transit issues must be reported within 14 days of arrival.

Warranty Specifics

  • Warranty is automatically registered to the original purchaser or recipient.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Coverage starts from the delivery date, not first use.
  • Valid only for products purchased directly from zwheel.com.
  • Placing an order constitutes agreement to this warranty policy.

Exception: Issues discovered within 3 days of delivery during unboxing, provided the odometer reads less than 5 miles, may be covered.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Water or moisture damage
  • Overloading beyond scooter capacity
  • Crash or impact damage
  • Unauthorized electrical modifications
  • Incompatible power sources
  • Improper maintenance
  • Ignoring safety or user guidelines
  • Extreme environmental conditions
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage, paint fading)
  • Commercial or competitive use
  • Unauthorized DIY repairs
  • Unintended use
  • Expired components

Claim Process

Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. We will guide you through repair or replacement. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Post-Warranty & Extended Support

Even after the standard warranty period, we offer free diagnostic services and a 25% discount on all parts, as part of our Lifetime Service Commitment.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for shipping to and from our service centers.
  • Original packaging is recommended for safe shipment.
  • 30-Day Special Coverage: For the first 30 days, issues with battery, motor, or controllers due to manufacturing defects include full shipping cost coverage. Contact support for an RMA before sending products.

Legal Disclaimer

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Zwheel, superseding any other express or implied warranties. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Zwheel is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Terms may change without notice; the latest terms are always available on our website.
