Coverage Overview
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the structural and mechanical components of Zwheel scooters under normal use for up to 18 months from the delivery date.
Important: Spare parts sold separately are not covered under this warranty, except in cases of damage or failure during transit. Any transit issues must be reported within 14 days of arrival.

Claim Process
Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. We will guide you through repair or replacement. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Post-Warranty & Extended Support
Even after the standard warranty period, we offer free diagnostic services and a 25% discount on all parts, as part of our Lifetime Service Commitment.
Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for shipping to and from our service centers.
Original packaging is recommended for safe shipment.
30-Day Special Coverage: For the first 30 days, issues with battery, motor, or controllers due to manufacturing defects include full shipping cost coverage. Contact support for an RMA before sending products.

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Zwheel, superseding any other express or implied warranties. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
